Bio:

Paul Barsch is a visual artist who works with culturally charged materials across media and contexts. He studied fine art and painting at Prof. Lutz Dammbeck’s class for new media at Dresden Art Academy. In 2010 he co-founded the artist run space STORE contemporary in Dresden and organizes and curates exhibitions. Together with Tilman Hornig he founded the artictic and curatorial project New Scenario in 2015 as a dynamic platform for post cube and online exhibitions. He was one of the initiators of Pizza Pavilion at Venice Biennale #56 and teaches basics of animation at Dresden Art Academy. He lives and works in Berlin and Dresden.
